1) Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Reveon Edge, LLC (“Reveon,” “Reveon Health,” “we,” “us” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects Personal Information when you visit our Services, contact us, or otherwise interact with us. The term “Personal Information” includes any information that can be used on its own or with other information in combination to identify or contact you or another individual. Personal Information does not include de-identified data we create from Personal Information. “Services” include our Site and our Portal. Our “Site” is the public website at www.reveonhealth.com and our “Portal” is our software, analytics and data offering accessed with a login.

2) Summary

  • We collect only what we need to run the Services: account info, payment details (via Stripe), and technical/usage logs.
  • We do not collect or process PHI and we do not build profiles from your content.
  • We use trusted service providers (e.g., Clerk for authentication and login, and Stripe for payment processing).
  • You can access, correct, or delete your info and opt out of certain processing as described below.
  • We do not sell your Personal Information.
  • We do not share Personal Information for advertising.

3) Information We Collect

3.1 Personal Information you provide to us on the Site and Portal

  • Account & contact: your name, email, organization, role, and SSO identifiers.
  • Billing: on the Portal, your payment method, billing address, tax IDs (billing information is primarily processed by Stripe; we receive only limited billing metadata).
  • Support & feedback: your Portal messages, tickets, survey responses.

3.2 Personal Information collected automatically by the Services

  • Device & usage: IP address, device/browser type, OS, app version, pages viewed, session timestamps, referring/exit pages, clickstream.
  • Diagnostics: error logs, performance metrics, feature flags.
  • Cookies & tracking tech: to keep you signed in on the Portal, remember preferences, and measure usage. See Cookie Notice (Section 11).

3.3 From third parties on the Portal

  • Identity & auth from Clerk (e.g., verified email, SSO assertions).
  • Payments from Stripe (e.g., transaction ID, the last 4 digits of your social security number, status).

4) Information We Do Not Collect

  • No PHI/HIPAA data. We do not access, store, or process Protected Health Information.
  • No sensitive personal info by default (e.g., precise geolocation, race/ethnicity, union membership).

5) How We Use Personal Information

  • To provide, secure, and maintain the Services (auth, account management, payments, fraud prevention).
  • To analyze feature adoption, troubleshoot, and improve performance.
  • To communicate about Services, updates, security alerts, and administrative messages.
  • To provide customer support and fulfill requests.
  • To comply with law, enforce our Terms of Service, and protect rights, safety, and property.
  • To respond to lawful requests from public and government authorities, and to comply with applicable state/federal law, including cooperation with judicial proceedings and court orders.
  • To send you information about changes to our terms, conditions, and policies.
  • For other purposes for which we provide specific notice at the time the information is collected.

6) How We Share Information

We do not sell Personal Information. The Services contain links to other websites that do not belong to and are not controlled by us. If you click a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. We strongly advise you to review the privacy policies of every site you visit. We have no control over and we assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to your use of or access to any third-party sites or services. We share share Personal Information with our third-party service providers only as needed to provide the Services:

  • Service providers / processors under contract:
    • Authentication: Clerk
    • Payments: Stripe
    • Hosting/Cloud: AWS
    • Legal/compliance: to comply with law, legal process, or enforce our Terms of Service, or to protect users, us, or the public.

We do not share Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

7) Who We Share Information With

  • Service providers / processors under contracts with us, as described above.
  • Our Advisors: including, but not limited to, our lawyers, auditors, accountants, and banks who have a legitimate business interest in the sharing of such data.
  • Third Parties Pursuant to Business Transfers: In the event of a reorganization, merger, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer of our business.
  • Government and Law Enforcement Authorities: If reasonable and necessary, we may share your Personal Information to (i) comply with legal processes or enforceable governmental requests, or as otherwise required by law; (ii) cooperate with third parties in investigating acts or omissions that violate this Privacy Policy or the Terms of Service; or (iii) bring legal action against someone who may be violating the Terms of Service or who may be causing intentional or unintentional injury or interference to the rights or property of ours or any third party, including other users of our Services.

8) Retention

We keep Personal Information only as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Our typical retention periods are:

  • Account & billing records: Subscription Term (as defined in the Terms of Service) + 1 year.
  • Logs/telemetry: 180 days unless needed for security or troubleshooting.
  • Support tickets: 2 years.

When no longer needed, we delete or de‑identify data.

9) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data, including encryption in transit, access controls, audit logging, and least‑privilege practices. No system is 100% secure; please use a strong, unique password and enable any available security features (e.g., multi-factor authentication).

10) Your Choices & Rights

  • Access/Correction/Deletion. You can access and update account info on the Portal or by contacting support@reveonhealth.com. You may request deletion, subject to legal or contractual obligations.
  • Marketing. You may opt out of non‑transactional emails via the unsubscribe link in each email we send.
  • Cookies. You can manage preferences via your browser settings.

11) Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not directed to minors and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 16. If you believe a minor provided Personal Information, contact us—we will delete it.

12) Cookies & Tracking

We use:

  • Strictly necessary cookies (authentication, security).
  • Functional cookies (preferences).
  • Analytics cookies (aggregate usage, performance). The analytics services we use may include but are not limited to: Google Tag Manager/Analytics

Do Not Track Disclosure

Some web browsers may transmit do not track (“DNT”) signals to websites you visit. To date, there is no industry standard for DNT, and users cannot know how a given company responds to a DNT signal they receive from browsers. We are committed to remaining apprised of DNT standards. However, We do not support DNT browser settings and do not currently participate in any DNT frameworks that would allow us to respond to signals or other mechanisms regarding the collection of your personal information.

The Personal Information we collect through the Services will be stored on secure servers in the United States. Personal Information may be transmitted to third parties, which parties may store or maintain the data on their secure servers. These third parties are not permitted to transfer your Personal Data outside of the United States.

14) Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice (e.g., on the Portal or by email) and indicate the Effective date at the top.
